Role Description

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding the company's client base and driving new business for Priyanka India Pvt. Ltd. This full-time, on-site position is located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, establishing strong relationships with clients, handling account management tasks, and developing strategies to reach organizational growth objectives. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with predefined targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strategic thinking with excellent organizational and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in using AI tools, CRM tools and related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the humanitarian or international trade sector will be an advantage
