Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vishrantwadi, Pune. The responsibilities of the role include identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's sales and business growth strategies. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
1) Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills
2) Good understanding of business strategies, market trends, and sales processes
3) Proficiency in account management and client relationship development
4) Ability to work in a team and achieve goals effectively
5) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
6) Prior experience in a business development role with international clients will be an added advantage
Office Location: Vishrantwadi, Pune Maharashtra
Shifts and Timings: APAC Shift ( 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Europe ( 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM), US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
