Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive role, located in Ernakulam. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building relationships with potential business partners, onboarding new merchants, and managing key accounts. The role involves creating strategies to drive business growth, fostering communication with clients, and ensuring long-term collaborations with merchants and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Need to identify the initial investors from the market.
  • Strong proficiency in Business and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with retail technology or fintech industry trends is a plus
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client management is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Ernakulam area as needed
