Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and manage accounts to achieve business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, conducting meetings, closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to secure and grow client relationships
  • Strong understanding of Business and Account Management to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or service-based industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
