Job Description

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities include building relationships with prospective clients, pitching to clients, and transitioning them into customers.

  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Pitch to clients and transition them into customers.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage Deal Closures and documentation related to it.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • 2+ years in Design, Real Estate & Construction Industry.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
  • Demonstrated sales success.

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
