Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Conduct effective communication and presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0 -2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
• Strong skills in new business development, lead generation, and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good proficiency in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to understand technology and software services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Smart, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Local candidates are preferred / Candidates must be ready to relocate to Calicut (Kozhikode).
