This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Business operations and processes
• Proficiency in Account Management and fostering long-term client partnerships
• Ability to work effectively in a structured and on-site work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the IT industry or similar fields is advantageous
