Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for introducing the company and its offerings through cold calls, understanding customer needs, and routing qualified leads to the appropriate team members for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make initial (L1) cold calls to potential leads from the provided database.
- Clearly communicate the company's products, services, and offerings to prospects.
- Gather and record basic information from leads including their interest areas, background, and requirements.
- Maintain and update daily call logs and lead tracking reports in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and consistent follow-up.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to the team's lead generation goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or inside sales (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Confidence in speaking with new people and handling objections.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience using CRM tools or call tracking software.
- Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
