Roles and Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages on Airbnb and related platforms.
2. Manage check-in and check-out coordination between guests and on-ground teams.
3. Address guest issues, concerns, or feedback professionally and ensure quick resolution.
4. Update listings with accurate availability, pricing, and property details as required.
5. Coordinate with property managers and cleaning teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
6. Maintain communication records and escalate key issues to the operations team.
7. Initiate and manage corporate tie-ups for short-stay accommodations, identifying and building relationships with companies that require temporary housing for employees, consultants, or trainees.
8. Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase occupancy and expand HelloWorld's (subsidiary of Nestaway Technologies) presence in the corporate segment.
Other requirements
1. Prior experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or other hospitality/customer service platforms preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. Ability to multitask and stay organized under minimal supervision.
4. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for attending to guests.
6. Experience or interest in corporate business development or B2B partnerships is an added advantage.
