They should be adept at establishing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones, all while demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Lead Generation: Use AI-powered tools, LinkedIn, email, and other channels to identify and build a pipeline of potential clients.
2. Client Outreach: Engage prospects via cold calls, cold emails, social media messaging, and networking to pitch company services
.3. Needs Analysis: Understand clients hiring requirements, pain points, and goals to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
4. Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions with decision-makers.
5. End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
6. Relationship Building: Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
7. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment market insights to refine strategies.
