We sell technology-driven services to mid-market and enterprise customers and are scaling a high-performing sales team to accelerate revenue growth.
Primary Job Title
Business Development Executive (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified B2B sales opportunities via outbound channels (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach) and targeted events.
- Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline in CRM, and book discovery calls and demos with decision-makers.
- Prepare tailored proposals and commercial estimates; coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams to scope solutions and timelines.
- Drive attainment of monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent activity, follow-ups, and pipeline conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, forecasts, and deal progression; provide weekly status reports to sales leadership.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and represent the company at client meetings and industry events as required.
