Expected Qualities -
- Must have experience in Online bidding.
- Must be familiar with Online portals like Upwork
- Experience in proposal writing.
- Confident enough to do international Client Communication using emails,
chat, audio and video calls, Skype call
- Excellent expertise in Sales for projects such as IT Services for Digital
Marketing, SEO, and online branding projects.
- Good working experience in effort estimation, client follow-up, and proposal
writing.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Upselling and cross-selling skills
- A flexible work schedule
Roles & Responsibilities
- To identify profitable business opportunities based on the analysis of
potential profit margins, timescales, and competition
- The candidate is responsible for generating business from Online Bidding
Portals like Upwork.
- Responsible for bidding on Digital Marketing, SEO, and online branding
projects.
- To develop and maintain a lead generation plan.
- Will be responsible for generating new leads and contributing to revenue
generation.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients and prospective client information.
- Responsible for costing, negotiations, follow up & requirement gathering.
- To identify and report on market trends, competitor activity, customer
demand, buying process developments, and other relevant market intelligence
