Job Role:
- Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value
- Graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
- Proven experience in client acquisition, project pitching, and proposal writing.
- A proactive approach with a passion for design, innovation, technology trends. and competitor offerings to develop strategic business plans.
- Hands on experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales navigator, Zoho, HubSpot, Sales force, Fiber, Good Firm, Ziniq).
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work closely with project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
