Position: Business Development Executive (Staff Augmentation)
Location: Remote

Travelling Mandatory including domestic and international locations
Experience: Fresher / Minimum 6 months experience in the domain of IT Staff Augmentation

Salary Budget: Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development / Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients for IT Staff Augmentation services.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospective clients through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and social media.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.
  • Qualification of Leads: Assess the suitability of potential clients based on their requirements, budget, and alignment with our services.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, progress, and results, and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fresher / Minimum of 6 Months experience in Business Development / lead generation or a related role, preferably in the IT Staff Augmentation domain.
  • Comfortable for travelling domestic / International locations based on need for the meeting with client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
