Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to lead the healthcare EdTech business team catering to healthcare professionals/students who are looking to migrate abroad, ex Australia/USA/UK/CANADA. You will be responsible for generating annual recurring revenue and building a new customer base globally. The Manager needs to take ownership for the complete sales cycle in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients (Healthcare Institutions)
  • Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
  • Leads new business meetings and closes sales from healthcare institution and Immigrations firms and consultants.
  • Leverages the organization s relationship with existing institutional and immigrations firm s accounts by developing and executing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with Institutions and consulting firms.
  • Conduct webinars and seminars in healthcare institutions within assigned territory.
  • Collaborates with marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
  • Works closely with central team members to further develop sales opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly assigned target for assigned territory.
    Extensive travel required within the assigned territory. Work Experience / Knowledge:
  • Relevant experience in healthcare institutions or organization is preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
  • Must have excellent sales skills and broad edu-tech knowledge.
  • Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization and institutions Education
Experience:
Business development: 1-3 years (Preferred)
Education Industry: 0-3 years (Required)
