Salary: 18k to 22k
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize product demos through online sessions for both internal and
external generated leads.
- Provide face-to-face product demonstrations on a case-to-case basis when required.
- Follow up with free-tier users, provide suitable plan recommendations, and convert
them into paid subscription customers.
- Coordinate with the development team by sharing customer feedback and
supporting product enhancement initiatives..
- Support the marketing team in positioning and promoting the product in the market.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
structures..
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 02 years of experience in software sales, healthcare sales, or customer relations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and online demo platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
