We're now looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru (HSR layout / Electronic City) for a Business Development Executive.

  • Identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients across industries.
  • Support client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
  • Work with the marketing team on lead generation and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct research on target segments, competition, and market trends.
  • Assist in preparing business pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the founder on go-to-market initiatives and partnerships.
  • Maintain and track business pipelines using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Professionals with up to 2 years of experience ( Freshers with exceptional communication skills will be considered).
  • MBA preferred, with experience in B2B/ SaaS sales, HR Tech sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and work independently in a startup setup.
  • Already based in Bangalore
