We're now looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru (HSR layout / Electronic City) for a Business Development Executive.
- Identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients across industries.
- Support client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
- Work with the marketing team on lead generation and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct research on target segments, competition, and market trends.
- Assist in preparing business pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with the founder on go-to-market initiatives and partnerships.
- Maintain and track business pipelines using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Professionals with up to 2 years of experience ( Freshers with exceptional communication skills will be considered).
- MBA preferred, with experience in B2B/ SaaS sales, HR Tech sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and research abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and work independently in a startup setup.
- Already based in Bangalore
