Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients to pitch PR and communication services.

Assist in creating customized proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.

Work closely with the content and PR teams to align marketing efforts with ongoing campaigns.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and updates.

Track leads, manage pipelines, and report on business development progress.

Support in planning and executing marketing campaignsemailers, social media promotions, and event-based outreach.

Keep tabs on market trends and competitor activities to help shape outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Freshers/ 06-1 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role (PR/communications agency experience is a plus).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Confidence in client conversations and handling objections.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (email platforms, CRM tools, LinkedIn, etc.)

A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Strong team player who can also work independently when needed.
