Business Development Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad, with some remote work flexibility. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, driving lead generation, and converting leads into long-term client relationships. They will also manage client accounts, maintain regular communication, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. Networking and building key industry connections will be a key part of the role.

• Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation processes
• Strong experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven understanding of business operations and market dynamics
• Ability to work in a hybrid working environment with a balance of remote and in-office tasks
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
