We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for making inbound/outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities:-
- Make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and present our products/services to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and provide additional information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.
- Meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation.
Requirement:-
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.

- Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, and conducting successful pitches.

- Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and lead management tools.
