Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to manage sales for our Astrology Remedies Store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to convert leads, and experience in building sales funnels and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into successful sales.
  • Build and manage sales funnels and pipelines to ensure consistent revenue flow.
  • Engage with customers and Astrologers.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and lead status.

Required Skills:-

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Experience in lead conversion and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach toward sales.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, wellness, astrology, or related domains (preferred but not mandatory).
