We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can help Urban Aura build strong brand relationships, create collaboration opportunities, and grow its network across events, artists, creators, lifestyle brands, and agencies.
The ideal candidate should understand brands, marketing campaigns, events, creators, and audience engagement, and should be confident in building relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with brands, agencies, founders, marketing teams, PR teams, and partnership teams.
- Develop brand collaboration opportunities for Urban Aura's events, artists, creators, and cultural properties.
- Create and present customized partnership ideas based on brand objectives and Urban Aura's audience.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential brand partners across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, entertainment, FMCG, tech, and youth-focused categories.
- Lead outreach, meetings, follow-ups, proposal sharing, negotiation, and partnership conversations.
- Work with internal teams to create attractive collaboration formats for events, artists, and campaigns.
- Maintain structured records of brand conversations, proposals, follow-ups, and partnership status.
- Stay updated on brand campaigns, creator collaborations, entertainment trends, and youth culture.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of agreed partnership deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, strategic alliances, event partnerships, media sales, influencer marketing, PR, or lifestyle marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand collaborations, campaigns, events, creators, and audience engagement.
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, marketing teams, founders, or PR professionals will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create strong pitches, proposals, and collaboration ideas.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of lifestyle, entertainment, music, fashion, beauty, hospitality, and digital-first brands.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
