The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward the right programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand student requirements and provide accurate program information.
- Counsel students on course offerings, career outcomes, and enrollment processes.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, demos, and enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and student experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Represent the brand professionally in all communications.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
0-1 years of experience in sales, counseling, customer service, or a similar role (Edutech experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and guide them accordingly.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
