Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be driven, talented, and ready to think out of the box to onboard new school clients. This is an on-ground role, best suited for individuals who are hardworking, fast learners, and excellent communicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach and onboard new schools for Campus Connect.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, directors, and school management.
Conduct demos and presentations to showcase our solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Learn quickly about our products and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Business Development Strategies, Growth & Marketing Strategies
Requirements:
02 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (EdTech/ERP/LMS/Software preferred, but freshers with passion will also be considered).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to crack new clients with confidence and persistence.
Fast learner, hardworking, and willing to put in smart efforts.
Creative thinker with a passion for sales and growth.
Comfortable with offline fieldwork and travel.
Compensation:
Salary will be Performance-Based with attractive incentives.
Location:
Hyderabad (with travel to schools as required).
