Buisness Development Executive — Humara Pandit

Location: Work from Office — Golden I, Unit No. 326, 3rd Floor, Block-C, Plot No. 11, Greater Noida W Rd, Techzone 4, Uttar Pradesh 201318

Experience: 2+ years in Sales

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month fixed + up to ₹20,000/month incentives

Type: Full-time

About Humara Pandit is building India's first Remedy Infrastructure Platform, helping 5,000+ astrologers deliver verified gemstones, rudraksha, crystals, puja remedies, and spiritual products to their clients.

Role:- You will handle inbound astrologer leads, convert them into partners, drive first orders, and build repeat business through calls and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

  • Call and convert inbound leads
  • Explain catalogue, pricing, and products
  • Follow up daily via calls and WhatsApp
  • Close first orders and repeat orders
  • Manage astrologer relationships
  • Track pipeline and meet sales targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong Hindi communication, basic English
  • Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp selling
  • Target-driven, high ownership mindset
  • B2B / inside sales experience preferred
