This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Bangalore, ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of sales experience. The role involves lead generation, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our advanced tech platform.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, efficiently identifying and targeting potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience in using CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-ups effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven negotiation skills to close deals and maximize value for both customers and the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in cold calling, adept at reaching out to prospects and handling initial client engagement with professionalism.
  • Capable of delivering compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of complex solutions to studio clients.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, building trust and long-term partnerships with both new and existing customers.
  • Knowledge of account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities are maximized.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections, overcoming resistance by understanding client concerns and offering well considered solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, online research, and industry networking within the targeted photography and design markets.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with all sales activities, client interactions, and ongoing opportunities for accurate forecasting.
  • Pitch and present Huemns studio management software to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits in line with their needs.
  • Engage in direct cold calling and respond to inbound inquiries to convert prospects into active customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers for repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and support, to ensure seamless onboarding and client success.
  • Consistently achieve assigned targets and provide feedback from the field to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.
