Job Responsibilities

  • Generate B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and email outreach
  • Present company services and portfolio to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner
  • Follow up with leads to resolve queries and drive conversions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Create and refine sales strategies for different target segments
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain proper records of interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client expectations smoothly

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B telesales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain services clearly to clients
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/advertising is a plus
  • Comfortable with target-based roles
