Job Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and email outreach
- Present company services and portfolio to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner
- Follow up with leads to resolve queries and drive conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Create and refine sales strategies for different target segments
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain proper records of interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client expectations smoothly
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B telesales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain services clearly to clients
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing/advertising is a plus
- Comfortable with target-based roles
