Role: Sales Executive - WhatsApp & Chatbot Solutions

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 12 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 12 years of proven experience selling WhatsApp Business API, Chatbot, or conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of B2B SaaS or digital communication products and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads for WhatsApp API and Chatbot solutions.
  • Present product demos and consult clients on the best solutions for their business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in WhatsApp API / Chatbot / SaaS domains.
  • Strong understanding of conversational marketing and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
