Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad

Joining: Immediate to 30 days

Mode: Work from office (Full - Time)

Compensation: CTC up to 4,20,000/- per annum, depending on experience and skills.

Timings: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy, planning and execution of National ATL/BTL campaigns for company's App.
  • Drive order growth in the Top cities by identifying the key drivers of growth and translating them into a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Lead partnerships with key merchants and design customized ATL and BTL plans to deliver user engagement growth
  • Handing Admin (backend) related tasks, support to community.
  • Track offline marketing initiatives and optimize ROI by shifting spends across mediums with better returns
  • Work with internal analytics team as well as external research agencies to mine consumer insights and translate those into strong marketing plans
  • Be the thought leader for all marketing initiatives at companies App and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive the voice of consumer across communications

Day-to-Day Operations:

  • A field intensive role where you help all categories market, engage and connect with their audience better by selling company services.
  • Effectively search prospective clients and convert sales leads, which could range from take-away joints to 5 Star properties to chains to touching all kinds of categories.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
  • Admin backend tasks like approvals or rejections, reporting spams, users query support.

Skills/Requirements:

  • People with 1 - 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in B2B sales will be great!
  • Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently.
  • A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Must be result-oriented.
