About Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can pitch our services, close deals, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with hot and warm leads provided by the company (founders or marketing heads already interested in services).
- Take initial qualification calls to understand client requirements.
- Conduct proposal/pitch calls with internal team support.
- Close deals by building trust and communicating clear value propositions. Earn incentives on every client closed.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Maintain and update CRM/lead tracking sheets for transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate with strategy/content teams for proposal building or client queries.
- Share feedback from prospects to improve pitch decks, services, and market understanding.
- Achieve monthly targets (number of deals closed and revenue generated).
- Be proactive, self-driven, and take full ownership of leads and follow-ups.
Understand services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.) and communicate them clearly to potential clients.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably for agencies, SaaS, or digital services.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of Indian brands, especially in Travel, Coaching, and Service sectors.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
