Roles & Responsibility

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and follow up on inquiries.
  2. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  4. Coordinate with the sales team to support order processing, follow-ups, and client coordination.
  5. Assist in scheduling meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  6. Maintain call records, daily reports, and activity logs.
  7. Provide accurate product information to customers.
  8. Handle data entry, documentation for received inquiries, and transfer to the Sales department.
  9. Prepare Quotations, Sales Documents (Sales Orders, Invoices, ROI, Consumables, Purchase Orders). (If required)
  10. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  11. Knowledge of SAP Software.
  12. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Skill

  1. Proven experience in tele-calling, telesales.
  2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  3. Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
  5. Pleasant voice, confident personality, and positive attitude.
  6. Prior experience in sales coordination or support roles is an advantage
  7. Knowledge of SAP Software.
