Title: Executive/Sr. Executive Business Development
Reports To: Associate Director
Location: Coimbatore / Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact. Understand clients needs, goals, and challenges.
Understanding Scope:
Gain in-depth understanding of the client's business, scope of requirement and offer customized solutions. Present our capabilities in rendering scope services.
Documentation:
Prepare and document the scope and capabilities for future reference and opportunities. Prepare and maintain Requirement reports and other relevant reports up-to-date and present them to the leadership on Weekly and Monthly reviews.
Communication:
Serve as a bridge between clients and organization. Clearly communicate client needs and expectations to internal stakeholders (TA, Ops, ER and F&A) and provide clients with updates.
Inclusive:
Work closely with internal teams such as TA, Ops, ER and F&A to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients based on market intel and ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals
Account Growth:
Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services offered to clients by adding value to the services. Upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings to enhance value.
Revenue Generation:
Contribute to revenue targets by retaining existing services to clients and driving growth through similar opportunities in other departments.
Problem Solving:
Address client issues and concerns promptly and professionally by working with internal stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Seek ways to enhance the client experience and the efficiency of account management processes.
Skill Required To Execute the Role
4 to 7 years of relevant experience in TA role or in selling professional service or full life cycle of operational experience, with the ability to:
Communicate effectively and interact with client to understand the scope
To prepare clarification questions based on the given scope/job requirement
Provide market intel on companies, jobs and rate
Prepare reports and analyze the data for call to action
Present capabilities to the client
Prepare proposals for the given the requirements
Juggle multiple clients and project demands
