Support to Director Business Development
- Assist the Director of Business Development in daily activities, planning, and execution of business strategies.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads for all company activities through direct outreach, networking, and coordination with external agencies.
Field Outreach and Branding
- Plan and execute visits to colleges, schools, and other potential client groups to promote the Finprov brand and establish continuous lead pipelines.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and corporate partners; maintain accurate records and tracking of all contacts.
Understand Customer Needs
- Identify and analyze the learning needs of students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs to tailor solutions accordingly.
Offline Marketing Initiatives
- Plan, oversee, and implement offline marketing activities and campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Market Research & Opportunity Identification
- Research target organizations and individuals to discover new markets and business opportunities.
Client Proposals and Quotations
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations that align with client needs and organizational capabilities.
Ad Hoc Contributions
- Actively participate in special initiatives and organizational development tasks as needed to support overall business growth.
Qualification Requirements
- Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA from a reputed institution.
Language Proficiency
- Strong command over English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a related field.

- Energetic, smart, and capable of managing multiple tasks with strong time management and interpersonal skills.
