Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our overseas recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the expansion of our recruitment services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for overseas recruitment services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Represent the company professionally and promote its services to prospective clients

Requirements:

• Candidates must be from Kerala
• Female candidates preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic business correspondence
