Role Description

This full-time role is for a Business Development Executive, located on-site in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business development, identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships. Collaborating with internal teams, the executive will work to achieve revenue targets, develop strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth. Exceptional communication will be pivotal to engage stakeholders and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Result-oriented approach with strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • 1 year of experience in B2C Sales (not mandatory)

salary:

15-25k (depending upon interview)
