1) Identify key focus areas for the markets, evaluate potentials, develop & drive export sales activities in international markets.
2) Responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying and selling.
3) Finding overseas leads, generate enquiries relevant to our products
4) Convert potential leads into successful business.
5)Communicate with clients effectively via e-mail, Skype, and WhatsApp etc.
6) Execute various capacity building exercise of overseas client and staffs.
7) Participation in potential overseas exhibitions to generate leads.
8) Providing Global Market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
Desired Candidates profile:
1) 3-5 years of work experience in any agro-chemical/ agri-biological/Fertiliser company in sales or business development.
2) International marketing experience is preferred.
3) Ability to travel across various geographies for at least 10-12 days every month.
4) Proficiency in English/Computer skills (MS office, E-mail and other communication tools are mandatory)
