Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of connection for students who are exploring our learning programs. Your role is to understand their academic goals, provide clarity about our courses, and support them in taking the next step in their education journey. Your success in this role will be reflected in how well you guide students and help them confidently enroll into the right program.

What You Will Do

Reach Out to Potential Students:

Connect with interested students through phone calls, messages, and emails to understand their education needs.

Explain Programs Clearly

Share accurate details about course structure, fees, learning outcomes, mentorship, and future opportunities.

Guide Decision-Making

Understand each student's background and goals, and help them choose the most suitable course.

Support Enrollment

Assist students step-by-step throughout the admission process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Track Your Progress

Maintain proper follow-ups, call notes, and student details in the CRM system.

Work Towards Targets

Achieve monthly enrollment goals with consistent efforts and smart communication.

Collaborate With Teams

Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure enrolled students transition smoothly into the program.

Handle Questions & Concerns

Address doubts confidently and present suitable solutions that build trust.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (in any field).

Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident tone.

Ability to build trust and maintain meaningful conversations over call.

Persuasive mindset with the ability to guide and motivate students.

Goal-driven and comfortable working with monthly targets.

Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools (training will be provided).

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
