Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, online research, and from leads generated by the marketing team.
- Nurture the leads with constant engagement through digital means and develop prospects.
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with prospects.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Good proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Adept in networking, project management, and problem-solving.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritisation, and execution for business growth.
- Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- A master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience working in the Franchising sales role with a deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and good leadership skills to manage, motivate, and lead the team to achieve desired outcomes.
