Role- Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate leads for IT projects and staff augmentation through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools.
Research and target potential clients in the IT industry who require project-based solutions or staff augmentation services.
Develop and execute strategies for outreach and lead nurturing across multiple channels.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential clients in the IT sector.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to refine lead generation strategies.
Client Engagement:
Engage with potential clients through personalized email campaigns, direct messaging, and social media interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Database Management:
Maintain and update a CRM system with accurate information on leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.
