Role: - Business Development Executive

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Independently generate leads; no leads will be provided by the Head Office.
  • Branch will not assign walk-in leads; all sales depend on personal prospecting efforts.
  • Only sales above 6.5 Lakhs (including tax) will be considered valid.
  • Utilize in house software for estimations and client proposal support.
  • Report directly to the Branch Manager for updates, progress, and guidance.
  • During the initial period, no sales targets are assigned; focus on learning processes, systems, and client interaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships (Silver Envoy level) to drive sustainable business.
  • Responsible for 1 sale booking (token collection only) initially.
  • From the initial months, aim to achieve 2 sale bookings per month.
  • Role requires 100% on-site work or working from office to generate leads effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: Fresher or 12 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and follow-ups.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to independently source, qualify, and pursue leads.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes, client handling, and estimation software.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined to work on-site or from the office consistently.
