About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong understanding of
Digital Marketing to acquire new clients for vendor empanelment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, onboarding clients, and promoting our staffing and recruitment solutions through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Vendor Empanelment
- Identify and connect with potential clients for vendor empanelment in staffing and hiring services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement teams of client organizations.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Utilize LinkedIn, Email Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Campaigns for client outreach.
- Run targeted campaigns to generate quality leads for vendor empanelment opportunities.
- Analyze and optimize digital campaigns for better ROI and visibility.
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms to attract prospective clients.
- Track and report lead generation and conversion metrics regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Sales.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools like Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and client onboarding processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales for recruitment or staffing companies.
- Knowledge of CRM tools for lead tracking.
- Basic understanding of content creation for digital campaigns.
