Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and communication with clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the electrical or solar energy industry is a plus
