Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Surat. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating lead conversions. The role involves nurturing client accounts, performing market research, and strategically aligning solutions with client needs. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Management and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and client engagement
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective strategies
• Relevant work experience in business development roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Fresher to 2 years of experince as Business Development Executive in IT field.
