Are you a results-driven Business Development Executive with a passion for driving growth in the digital services space cmsMinds, a dynamic, NC-based agency with a robust development team in India, is looking for talented individuals to expand our client base!

We're hiring for both Mid-Level and SeniorBDE to help us find, engage, and close new business.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client closing.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Outreach & Prospecting: Executing targeted cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and leveraging lead-finding tools.
  • Client Management: Confidently handling initial client calls, understanding their needs, and articulating the value of cmsMinds services.
  • Proposal Creation: Taking ownership of the sales process by creating compelling and customized proposals.
  • Client Closing: Successfully negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in services-based business development.

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: Significant experience in a Business Development role, preferably within a digital agency or IT services environment.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Mastery: Expertise in all stages of the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
  • Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of popular web technologies and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, Shopify, custom development). You don't need to code, but you must know the landscape!
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with popular CRM and lead generation tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and client-focused approach.
  • Experience: 2 to 10 Years of experience
