ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to lead our B2B and B2C sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and engaging directly with key decision-makers as well as end consumers where applicable. You will work closely with our creative, digital, and production teams to position CK Creatives as a preferred partner for innovative marketing and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B & B2C sales by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, CEOs, Founders, etc.) and B2C clients when required.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions across creative content, video production, digital marketing, and SEO.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, strategies, and presentations.
- Manage sales pipelines, track performance, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent CK Creatives at meetings, events, and networking platforms.
- Maintain structured CRM records, follow-up documentation, and sales reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience and proficiency in B2B Sales is a must; B2C sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong background in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain creative, digital, and video production services with clarity and impact.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the full sales cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in a B2B or B2C-focused creative, digital marketing, or advertising sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Existing industry network and client contacts will be an added advantage.
