Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executivelooking for sales roles. The ideal candidate will handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential home buyers through calls, emails, and digital channels.
  • Build and manage the pre-sales department with a leadership team.
  • Closely work with founder's office and leadership team
  • Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and assign them to the sales team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate and schedule property site visits for qualified prospects.
  • Update lead data accurately in CRM tools and report daily activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/ pursuing graduation in any discipline
  • 0-1 Year Experience | Freshers can also apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Mandatory)*.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in real estate or mandate sales is an added advantage.
