Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE - IT) located in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building solid relationships with potential clients. Key tasks include lead generation, prospecting, client presentations, and negotiating business deals to contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and negotiations
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• IT industry experience is a strong advantage
• Need strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be ready to travel and meet clients
