Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying opportunities for new business, generating and following up on leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
• Strong Business development skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in trading, sourcing, or engineering sectors is advantageous
