Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Business Development

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi (with PAN India travel-as required)

Reporting To: Senior Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to expand our clientele and drive business growth across architecture, interior design, and bespoke furniture verticals. This is a field-based role requiring a self-driven professional with a strong understanding of design and project execution and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across architecture, interior design, and bespoke furniture segments.
  • Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline through networking, references, exhibitions, industry events, and on-ground interactions.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and position the company's offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal design, production, and project teams to prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging design opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets through structured and proactive client engagement.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and client feedback.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
  • Highly proactive, independent, and target-oriented.
  • Good understanding of architectural and interior design processes, turnkey projects, and bespoke furniture design.
  • Strong time management, planning, and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (PAN India).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or related fields.
  • Candidates with academic or professional exposure to Architecture / Interior Design / Furniture Design/ Real Estate will be preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in architecture, interiors, or bespoke furniture industry.
