Arivu Educational Consultants is an Ed-tech company and Academy in Bangalore established in the year

2015 that offers tutoring services for a wide variety of professional exams in the commerce stream, and we

have also tied up with various institutions across India to provide integrated courses. Our aim is to be a

one-stop solution for all the needs of commerce professionals.

About the Role:

ArivuPro is looking for an energetic and strategic Business Development Executive (B2B) to lead

institutional partnerships. This role is centered around identifying, developing, and managing collaborations with private colleges, universities, and educational institutions, helping expand ArivuPro's academic presence.

Qualification:

Post Graduation in Management or Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and onboard private colleges, universities, and other educational institutions for

strategic partnerships.

Present ArivuPro's academic programs, training modules, and collaboration models through

meetings, presentations, and campus visits.

Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities and emerging institutional needs.

Coordinate with internal teams (Academics, Operations, Marketing) to ensure successful execution

of partnered programs.

Represent ArivuPro in academic events, seminars, career fairs, and institutional discussions.

Maintain accurate logs of leads, meetings, and partnership progress in CRM tools.

Required Skills:

13 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional partnerships, or education sector business

development.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build trust and credibility with senior academic stakeholders.

Strong understanding of the education industry, especially private colleges and training programs.

Willingness to travel for campus visits, meetings, and events.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience collaborating with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, or EdTech organizations.

Ability to create tailored proposals, partnership decks, and pitch materials.

Strong networking skills and relationship-building ability.
